Binxy Baby

I can't tell you how many people have commented on this contraption.

Why someone never created this long ago, is beyond me.

I always feel awful when Case has to be in his car seat all day running errands. That was until we got the Binxy Baby.

The Binxy Baby is a shopping cart hammock that babies can lay in comfortably while you are running your errands. It is safety tested, and although you can't see it in the picture above, there are clips and straps that clip onto the cart and wrap around it so that they aren't just sitting on an unstrapped down hammock.

Seriously though, he's much happier in it than he is in a car seat. I can't imagine why! Being in a car seat all day or for hours on end would suck! And if your babies are like Case, he over heats! The Binxy Baby helps him stay cool and not so cooped up in a car seat.

I truly think everyone needs one. It is so high quality I know it will last through all my other kids easily.

It is perfect for Case, as he hasn't mastered sitting up in a cart just yet! The Binxy Baby can hold up to 50 pounds. I have faith that by then he will have mastered sitting up in a shopping cart, but it is nice to know that should he not, He can lounge in the comfy hammock until he reaches that weight.

One thing I would say is to try to grab a cart and put it on by your car so that you don't have to try to do it one-handed. I have looked pretty silly in parking lots trying to hold my baby with one hand and attach the Binxy Baby with the other. I have started parking as close as I can to the cart return. However, my local grocery store where I am from has the world's greatest cart pushers because I swear there are hardly ever any carts in the return cart spot. Almost immediately after I put one away, they snatch it up! Kudos to them for rocking at their job.

We opted for black, because I wanted it to be gender neutral for my other babies, but they have quite a few patterned ones to choose from here.

Hands down one of the best inventions ever!
